Daily check:
•
 Filter blockage indicator (check only at working temperature).
•
 Operating temperature (recommended working temperature 40 - 45°C).

After first 200 working hours:
•
 Change high pressure filter element
•
 Check for external leakage (on pump unit and ROTODIFF).

Periodic maintenance work:
The maintenance schedule stands in direct relation to the individual operating conditions. Therefore Viscotherm recommends to make periodic oil analysis (about every 6 months). The maintenance work schedule for each individual installation should be made in accordance to oil analyses.
•
 Oil change (Depending on oil analyse) ~yearly.
•
 Change high pressure filter element (Recommended: every 6 months as well as about 6 operating hours after every oil change).
•
 Change or clean suction stainer (only on pump units with gear pumps).
•
 Clean oil tank
•
 Check for external leakage
  Recommended: Efficiency check on pump unit and ROTODIFF.
